HTS - End Processing Machine
Internal expansion flange machine (end processing machine), which is installed with inner diameter of flange, is designed and developed for on-line processing of flange face, water lines and sealing grooves. The latest linear and ball screw technology is adopted, and the whole equipment adopts modular design concept. The design of each link takes on-site processing as the starting point. Widely used in flange connection, installation and emergency repair projects in petroleum, chemical, natural gas, nuclear power and other industries, it provides higher security and higher production efficiency for on-site construction.
1. the machining range is 0-4521mm, and the clamping range is 100-4521mm, which can be selected
2. Automatic feed, adjustable machining precision and high machining quality; 3. Turning power head is standard, which is suitable for flange surface, sealing water lines and sealing groove processing;
4. Boring and milling power heads can be selected, which can be used for boring and milling;
